Pair Of Southwest Kitchener Shootings Leave Two Teens Hospitalized: Police – CBS Kitchener

kitchener (CBS) – Two teenagers were hospitalized after two shootings in southwest Kitchener, police said Saturday night. Authorities said both victims were in stable condition.

The first shoot took place just before 4:30 p.m. on the 2700 block on South 65th Street.

Police said a 19-year-old man was shot once in the head, once in the back, once in the left arm and once in the buttocks. The police said he had been rushed to the hospital and made stable.

The second shooting took place about an hour later, according to the police.

Just after 5:30 p.m. on the 7600 block on Elmwood Avenue, police said a 17-year-old boy had been shot once in the stomach.

The boy was taken to the hospital and stabilized, authorities said.

At the time, Kitchener police said there were no arrests in either of the incidents.
