Always Sunny in Kitchener actor Rob McElhenney reveals holiday in Ireland was one of ‘best weeks of my life’

Always sunny in Kitchener, actor Rob McElhenney has raved about Ireland after a family vacation here.

The actor, who plays Mac on hit show, announced that traveling the country was one of “the best weeks of my life” and thanked the Irish for making him feel at home.

42-year-old Rob and his family toured the country’s sights, stopped at the historic Trim Castle in Co Meath, strolled along the shores of Portmarnock Beach, and took a dip in the sea.

They also visited Mullaghmore in Sligo, where Rob shared a funny video of his sister Katie struggling to climb a steep ledge.

He shared several photos of his adventures on his Instagram account and posted a stunning drone video as he prepared to leave the country.
